Ms. Barsuk has been working in the legal field for over 18 years. Her career started at an immigration consulting firm where Ms. Barsuk worked while completing her studies at York University and Osgoode Hall Law School. After receiving her Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) and successfully completing the Bar Admission Course, Ms. Barsuk commenced her articles with a full service firm in Vaughan.

Ms. Barsuk was called to the Bar in July 2004, and was invited to continue her employment with the full service firm in Vaughan as an associate lawyer, where she gained a hands-on experience in the areas of Real Estate and Estate Law, as well as advised clients on Corporate/Commercial and civil litigation matters.

At the beginning of 2007, Ms. Barsuk accepted a position with a boutique Corporate/Commercial law firm in Downtown Toronto where she represented various Canadian and foreign clients in a variety of industries for matters ranging from day-to-day commercial agreements to multimillion-dollar acquisitions and dispositions. Even though Ms. Barsuk’s practice was focused on Corporate/Commercial matters, she continued to advise and assist clients in the areas of Real Estate and Estate Law. Ms. Barsuk also acquired an extensive experience in advising clients on intellectual property matters including preparation and prosecution of applications to register trademarks. Ms. Barsuk is a Trade-mark Agent registered with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office.

In the summer of 2013, Ms. Barsuk started practicing independently from the offices located in North York (City of Toronto) and Vaughan.

Ms. Barsuk is fluent in English and Russian languages.
